Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes. COD is available across India. You can also pay securely by UPI, credit card, debit card, net banking or wallet through Razorpay at checkout.
Is it safe to pay online on your site?
Yes. All payments are processed by Razorpay over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your card details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped. Message us on email or Instagram within 12 hours of ordering and we'll update or cancel it. Once dispatched, you can use our easy returns process instead.

Finding your size
How do I choose the right size?
Every product page has a size guide with garment measurements in inches. The easiest method: take a shirt you already own and like the fit of, lay it flat, measure it, and match those numbers to our chart. Our sizes run M-38, L-40, XL-42 and 2XL-44 — the number is the chest size in inches.
Do your shirts run big or small?
Our shirts are cut in a relaxed fit, true to the measurements listed. If you prefer a closer fit, consider sizing down; for an oversized look, size up.
What if my size doesn't fit?
Request an exchange within 7 days of delivery and we'll send the correct size, subject to availability — free of charge.

Getting it to you
How long will my order take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location — metro cities are usually faster, remote pin codes can take a little longer.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders above ₹999. Any charges for smaller or COD orders are shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received it within 2 days of ordering, message us and we'll check right away.

What is your return policy?
Return or exchange any item within 7 days of delivery, provided it's unworn, unwashed, and has the original tags attached. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Message us on email or Instagram with your order number and what you'd like to do. We'll arrange a reverse pickup from your address wherever our courier service is available.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
No. Returns and exchanges are free — we cover the reverse pickup.

Caring for your shirt
How should I wash my Faboriq shirt?
For satin blends: gentle machine wash in cold water on a delicate cycle, or dry clean. For cotton: a normal cold machine wash is fine. Always wash inside out, don't bleach, don't tumble dry, and iron on low heat to protect the print.
Will the print fade?
Our prints are made to last. Washing inside out in cold water and drying in shade rather than direct sunlight keeps the colours sharp for years.
