How long does delivery take?+
Within India, metro cities receive orders in 3-6 business days (Standard) or 1-2 days (Express). International orders arrive in 7-14 business days.
What are the shipping charges?+
Standard delivery within India starts at ₹49 and is FREE on prepaid orders over ₹1,499. Charges are calculated by your delivery zone at checkout. International shipping is calculated based on destination.
How do I track my order?+
Once your order ships you'll receive an email, SMS and WhatsApp update with a tracking link. You can also track it anytime from your Account → Orders.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes — we ship worldwide with prices shown in your local currency (USD, EUR, GBP and more), detected automatically by your location.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?+
We offer easy 7-day returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags. Start a return from your Account → Orders, or contact us and we'll guide you.
How do refunds work?+
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Sizing & Product Care
How do I choose the right size?+
Every product page has a detailed Size Guide with garment measurements. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.
What fabric are Faboriq shirts made from?+
Most of our shirts are crafted from 100% premium cotton cambric — silky-soft, breathable and durable. Our satin shirts use a smooth satin weave. Care details are on each product page.
How should I care for my shirt?+
Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colours. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low or line dry. Warm iron as needed. Gentle care keeps prints vivid wash after wash.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?+
In India: UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking and wallets via Razorpay, PhonePe and Cashfree. Internationally: cards and PayPal via Stripe, plus crypto. All payments are securely processed.
Is my payment information secure?+
Absolutely. Payments are handled by PCI-compliant gateways. Faboriq never stores your card details.
